Want a new image, but don't know where to start? Head to Lefay Resort & Spa on Lake Garda, to experience their new non-invasive makeover programme for women. The programme has been designed to give women more all round confidence without having to endure harsh or invasive treatments.
The programme includes a range of anti-ageing treatments, a hair re-style and colour with a top hairdresser and a make-up consultation.
The programme starts with an analysis of your facial skin, followed by six treatments for the face and body. This will be followed by a consultation with Olivier Mazzon, a well known French hairdresser for a complete hair transformation. Finally Lefay's expert beauticians will reveal all the 'tricks' of the trade in a one-to-one make-up seminar.
The facial treatments begin with a Unico Cielo cleansing facial and an oxygen facial therapy treatment. Oxygen therapy uses a hyperbaric oxygen concentrator to transport active ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, vitamins and oxidants into the deepest layers of the skin. The technique is painless, has no side effects and leaves no marks. The benefits are visible and immediate and deliver better skin texture, a reduction in wrinkles and improvement in non-uniform skin pigmentation and the prevention of breakage of capillaries.
Guests will also benefit from a biothermic selective heatwave anti-aeging face treatment. This device emits selective heat waves that increase collagen and elasticity in the skin, reducing wrinkles and giving a lifting effect.
The programme includes three body treatments - a salt and caper body scrub with extra virgin olive oil, a skin tonic body toning treatment and an energy massage. The massage uses the principles of classical Chinese medicine to focus on energy points and release the energy flow to help you to de-stress and find your inner calm.
Olivier Mazzon ran a salon in Paris for years and was well known on the international fashion scene, working with many international celebrities. Guests will have a hair style consultation, colour, cut and blow-dry with Olivier. He will work with you to transform your look. Lefay's expert beauticians will then give tips on how to make the most of your strong points and conceal your least favourite features.
The new total beauty programme costs £1,693 (Euros 2,053) for three nights with breakfast and all treatments. It is recommended that guests choose the low calorie light menu.
